As a Home Gym Coach, you will build and maintain long-term relationships with users via Line, provide personalized fitness guidance, and deliver video-based coaching to ensure that users are performing exercises safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with users through Line to answer any questions about the use of our home fitness equipment, ensuring they have the best possible fitness experience.

• Provide customized fitness advice and workout plans tailored to each user’s goals and needs.

• Conduct video sessions to offer exercise guidance and corrections, ensuring proper form and injury prevention.

• Continuously support users by tracking their progress, offering feedback, and adjusting fitness plans as necessary.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a fitness coach, with prior experience in home or online coaching preferred.

• Relevant certifications in fitness or exercise science (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.).

• Native Thai speaker with excellent English communication skills.

• Proficiency in using Speediance fitness products, including Gym Monster and/or Gym Pal.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients through text and video platforms.

• A customer-first attitude, with patience and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals.

• Flexibility to work across different time zones and strong time-management skills.

• Proficiency in using Line and other online communication tools; prior experience in online client support is a plus.

As a Fitness Video Instructor, you will be responsible for demonstrating precise and standardized fitness movements, with a focus on exercises targeting smaller muscle groups. You will provide clear and detailed guidance to users through these videos. Payment will be made per course series, and filming will take place at our designated location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record high-quality fitness video tutorials, ensuring each movement is performed with precision and safety.

• Design and record structured, effective course series based on different fitness goals (such as muscle gain, toning, fat loss), with a focus on smaller muscle groups.

• Provide detailed explanations of each movement, including the target muscle groups, key techniques, and common mistakes with corrections.

• Assist in planning the content and structure of the courses to ensure the tutorials are progressive and suitable for users of varying fitness levels.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a fitness coach, with a strong theoretical foundation and practical experience.

• Relevant certifications in fitness or exercise science (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.).

• Expertise in performing and demonstrating a wide variety of exercises, especially those targeting smaller muscle groups.

• Ability to design structured course content to meet various fitness goals.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain movements and concepts on camera.

• Previous experience with video production or comfort working in front of the camera is preferred.

• Native Thai speaker with good English communication skills is a plus.
